Italia // Como

2021 // present

Curatorial and research collective, Algæ Curatorial, expresses itself through slow storytelling processes, allowing time for in-depth exploration and attentive dialogue with its interlocutors. We believe that a slower pace enables a better observation of reality and its transformations.

Our choice not to identify as an artistic collective but rather as a curatorial and research collective follows specific objectives that are not aimed at developing or perfecting an individual artistic practice. Instead, we seek to spark narratives and reflections through research, photography, drawing, and printmaking, adopting an ethnographic and anthropological approach.
